If items selected for exchange sell out, a refund will be issued. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. As of April 2nd, 2024, due to size restrictions enforced by Happy Returns, return bar drop off returns for certain oversized items whose boxes are larger than 20”x16” will need to be mailed in for a fee to complete a return.

Regarding the shipping policy, Ryka.com ships Monday through Friday only (excluding national and federal holidays) to addresses in the U.S. They offer shipping to P.O. boxes, economy shipping only. Ground and expedited shipping options to P.O. boxes are not available at this time.
